 Highland Welding Services is located and works primarily in the Hinton and surrounding areas (Edson,Bonnyville,Peace River, Grande Prairie, Fort Mcmurray). Hinton Pulp has been a primary client for the past 10 years. HWS has provided service as a subcontractor in Grande Cache, Peace River, Bonneyville and Conklin areas. Our shop is located at #7 - 140 Hampshire Road in Hinton. HWS provides direct and subcontract Quality Controlled service, fabrication and installation work, pressure Vessel, smaller boiler service and repair, opening and vessel inspection, hydro-testing as well as non pressure pipe work. HWS also provides rigging and pipefitting service. We also provide heavy equipment and general metal welding, metal fabrication, and mobile welding service as well as Picker truck and flat deck trailer service. We can pick up, make shop repairs, do hydrotests and book NDT inspection services, then return and reinstall equipment or make repairs on site. We submit prequalification information on request.
